The Army of the Willing

We hold our staff to extremely high standards because our goal is to gather the most committed group of exceptional individuals every summer. For example, our entire staff commits to not drinking alcohol for the duration of the summer, and we hold the longest orientation training of any camp that we know of. If you work at Camp Champions, you will know that are are working shoulder to shoulder with equally committed individuals who are passionate about impacting children’s lives, not just for now, but for their lifetime.

We call our staff “The Army of the Willing” because of the commitment that they make to being a part of something bigger than themselves each summer. We think it is very gratifying to be a part of doing something at the highest level. If this excites you, we ask you to consider becoming a member of “The Army of the Willing”, a group committed to holding themselves to the highest possible standards to impact children’s lives.
